A Pharmacy graduating students should include following area during their internship program.

responsibilities of interns during the internship, as well as any
expectations for performance and professional conduct.
- Support
and supervision: This section could describe the support and supervision
that will be provided to interns during the internship, including the role
of the preceptor or mentor.
- Orientation
and training: This section could describe any orientation or training that
will be provided to interns at the start of the internship, including an
overview of the pharmacy setting and its policies and procedures.
- Evaluation
and feedback: This section could describe the process for evaluating and
providing feedback to interns during the internship, including any forms
or processes that will be used.
- Professional
development opportunities: This section could describe any professional
development opportunities that will be available to interns during the
internship, such as workshops or seminars.
- Resources
and support: This section could provide a list of resources and support
systems that are available to interns during the internship, including contacts
for additional support or assistance.

relevant to the internship, such as a list of competencies to be achieved

1. Maintain the patient medication profile, evaluate
therapy, interpret and evaluate new prescriptions, identify drug related
problems and formulate recommendations to resolve potential and existing
problems.
2. Accurately dispense medication according to the
prescription.
3. Counsel patient on the use of the prescribed medication,
and assist the patient on the selection, use, and effects of non-prescription
medications.
4. Communicate with patients and/or health professionals
regarding drug and health information.
5. Comply with all legal requirements associated with the
distribution of drugs and the operation of a pharmacy.
6. Provide information and/or referral services in
emergencies, and upon request.
7. Develop and exercise appropriate professional judgement.
8. Be knowledgeable of and maintain ethical and professional
standards of practice
