Description

While students were searching for the good book based on Nepali rules and regulation, Authors presented the books in 2012 for the first time based on Nepali university syllabus in best plausible way.  This book is a engaging text book that covers almost all the aspects of Hospital pharmacy and clinical pharmacy with emphasis on the legal requirements and general practice in Nepal. Based on the curriculum mandated by Nepali universities, authors are able to incorporate their handful skills and experiences that can be used in clinical set of Nepal. In this way the authors are able to demonstrate their experiences in academic and hospital and clinical pharmacy in best possible way. Authors adhered to the syllabus and additional information has been incorporated in the book. Book is written in straightforward and student friendly manner to build scientific and logical foundation to understand the health care system from the perspective of pharmacist. The illustration and subdivisions of the topic reinforced the chapter objective. It would be great of authors have tried to produce the main objective of chapter at the beginning and conclude the chapter at the end of each chapters with all the necessary references.

Though the books have tried to cover all the topics, it would have been much better if the illustrations were colorful and clear. The publisher would have considered the cost of the niche of the reading population. Some of the formats and forms in the books have added much value to the book. The authors should try to add cases, comparative pharmacy practices with developed countries and real examples of Nepal.
